14.6 向内挖掘---GBH

自宇宙间后来被命名为"人类"的动物具有思维和语言能力那一刻起, 就肩负着为下列问题寻找答案的任务:

什么创造了可见的物质世界?

人生的意义是什么?

"我"是谁?

看不见的"手"在那里?

多年的生命感悟，道德经研修是我形成了一套源于道德经的禅修法，锲而不舍地研修下来，生命的道彻底的转变，总结为：回家之路（GBH--Go Back Home), 方法和结果都在个体的内心。人类习惯于向外找答案，实际上答案就在每个人的内心。
