最有名的跟孩子做朋友例子大概是贝克汉姆一家了。这酷爱文身的一家子，连大儿子布鲁克林·贝克汉姆在INS上晒出的第一个文身，都是老爸大卫·贝克汉姆找自己的朋友帮忙整的。不仅如此，此前大卫·贝克汉姆就曾在电视节目中爆料，布鲁克林·贝克汉姆出去约会时，他就坐在5张桌子之外出谋划策，随后父子俩还就如何泡妞的技术问题展开过深入而热烈的讨论。

看似其乐融融的“朋友型家长”教育模式，并不适合所有孩子。有的孩子开朗活泼，参加各种娱乐场合都能有说有笑，平时小动作小捣蛋特别多，喜欢恶作剧，惹了麻烦就逃跑，被批评也不在乎，大大咧咧的状态，很快就像什么都没发生一样。听过《上师好性格》公众号课程的家长，通常能够判断出来这种类型的孩子属于开朗自得型，

他们时常没大没小，上下级观念很淡漠，把父母也当成兄弟姐妹，把老师不当老师，行为和语言上可能会伤害到师长。如果说有的类型的孩子可以被父母当成朋友，那么这里面应该不包括开朗自得型的孩子。对于这个类型，家长从小就要训练他们尊重长辈，尊重老师，君是君，臣是臣，父是父，子是子。

这就叫做因材施教，再成功的方法也不一定适用于自己家的孩子。每个孩子都是独一无二的，看清楚孩子的主要性格特征，甚至看到孩子附属性格特征，才能实现真正意义上的因材施教。
